Do you have an image for ideal lifestyle? I think  I want to work harder than marriage now and to go to foreign countries. In addition, I wanted to know what same generations have an image for it, so I conducted a survey to CALL class members.

 ELLLO ♯1076 Men and Shopping

          The story is about the difference between man and woman for shopping. Diego is a conservative shopper, so he only buys what he needs. Because, he likes to travel, so tries to save the most money for it. He says that to shop is a vicious circle. If people have an opportunity to buy something, they buy another thing. In contraries, Silvia likes to shop with her boyfriend. They take their time if they go to a store.

          I like to shop, so I know the mind of Silvia. I tend to spend much money to get away from the stress of my life. Shopping help reduce stress! However I must notice buying too much and how to use my credit card as Diego says.

Do you know the education system in Mongolia?

First, in Mongolia, the mother and father usually work when the children  finish  their school. Then they just go back and make their own food, because in Mongolia mother's work is not to make their food. The children are taught to clean up the home and cook their food and wash their clothes and usually the mothers don't that kind of thing.

Second, in Mongolia, they don't have elementary school, secondary school, or high school, but they have from 1st grade until 12th grade in one school, so they don't call them like high school and secondary school elementary school. From the 8th grade until 12th grade, they study difficult country's language.

Finally, they start school at 8:00 in the morning until 1:00 in the noon and they have about six classes a day.

I learned the Mongolian education system first time. I thought that the system had unity for students.

   I learned many things for English.  There are some reasons. First, I knew the site for training of listening, vocabulary, writing resources, study strategies, and reading resources. Second, I did a group work with a Google site. I selected the topic ‘Japanese and American Job hunting’. I learned some things like CALL Blogging assignment 6.

   Finally, I want to do my best in the second semester.

　　　Our site introduces “Japanese and American job issue”Some sub-topic is the problem of job hunting and the employment’s rate and student's job hunting. I will soon do job hunting, so I selected the topic.For example, job hunting starts in September and finish in June, there is not the job system 'new graduater ' like Japan and it is more difficult to graduate in America than Japan, so they must put their graduation before their job hunting.

　　　I learned the difference of job hinting by comparing Japanese and America. Especially, I was interested in the period of job hunting, because American students don't absent the class for job hunting and they don't have much time for job hunting like Japan. I think that I want to work hard the job hinting steadily.

I watched the video about "Diwai", which is one of the most significant festival in India and it is called "the Festival of Light". The festival is the new year's festival of Hinduism. It's a five-day celebration that includes good food, fireworks, colored sands, and special candles and lamps.

I have never known the festival. I examined for the festival from wikipedia, if you go shopping during the festival, you'll be happy, so the store put effort into sale. I want to go to India during "Diwai".

I watched the videoabout Japanese culture, especially "Ikebana" and "tea ceremony". Ikebana is an art of flower and quite different from Western style flower arrangement, and Tea ceremony is a certain way to make tea, not only make tea, but have a certain way, for example it's to wipe a bowl. To learn them, you need to go to a school because there is some professionals both flower arrangement and tea ceremony.

In fact, I  have learned to tea ceremony since high school student, so I often make matcha. Many people have an image that matcha is bitter, but they may feel it delicious if they drink it many times. In addition, it's a good way to learn Japanese culture. That's way, I like "tea ceremony".

I couldn't see the annular solar eclipse this morning. Then I was getting on a train.

By the way, I work in supermarket as a cashier, and I had a part-time job yesterday and the day before yesterday. There were many people who came to buy the glass for the eclipse, but it sold out all.

I want to see the transit of Venus in June 6th.
